madoron マドロン​

ピアニスト中林万里子をリーダーとして、村上広樹（ドラム）、岡雄三（ベース）の3人で、2015年に結成されたピアノトリオ。関東を中心に精力的にライブ活動を行う。2020年、岡氏の逝去にともない、Johnhori がベーシストとして加入。

色彩豊かなハーモニーワークを基調とし、自身が大きく影響を受けたソウルミュージック、ファンク、ブラジリアンなどの要素を取り入れた楽曲で、独自のコンテンポラリージャズを追求する。

Piano trio formed in 2015 with pianist Mariko Nakabayashi as leader, Hiroki Murakami (drums), and Yuzo Oka (bass). Performing energetically in the Kanto area, Johnhori joined as bassist in 2020 following the passing of Oka.

Based on colorful harmony work, the trio pursues its own unique contemporary jazz style with music that incorporates elements of soul music, funk, and Brazilian, all of which have greatly influenced them.
